Hi everyone welcome back. It’s the time of the month where we all about jobs in the UK
All of which offer sponsorship to allow you to move to the UK along
So without wasting any more time, I’m Ashika and I talk about moving across the world to work or study
And with that, let’s dive in.
Now it’s a new year so I thought it was important for us to take a good look at the year coming up and first dive into the jobs that will be most important in 2025.
In case you weren’t aware, every year the jobs in demand change drastically and some roles get offered sponsorship more than others.
It’s important to keep a track of this because if the roles you’re interested in aren’t on these lists and too many openings don’t pop up, you need to understand that the chances of you landing a sponsored role for that job in the UK is low and so you might need to rethink your plan.
Because sometimes whether we like it or not, some roles simply do not get sponsored in the UK even if they fall under the list of sponsored roles.
The reason is simple, it’s because there are lots of people who are already in the UK who can fill in these roles.
Jobs in Demand in the UK
Now in 2025, the roles that will be in demand include
Software developers - Average salary: £40,000
Senior Operations Manager - Average salary: £60,000
Employee Relations Manager - Average salary: £55,000
Learning & Development Specialist - Average salary: £40,000
Project Manager - Average salary: £50,000
If you already fall under these roles, great. If you don’t and do you a related role, it’s not a bad idea to do a course that could help increase your chances of landing an interview.
Don’t just do any course. Look at job descriptions of these roles on LinkedIn or any other job platform and look for the skills mentioned. From that you should be able to tell what kind of courses would help you.
Getting back to the jobs. Today we’ll be diving into Healthcare roles like always and the mixed bag which contains roles across sectors.
But before applying, please do your own research into these roles to make sure they are legit. There are lots of fake job postings - I’ve done a whole video on it. So apply carefully.
Starting off with Healthcare roles.
Healthcare Roles
Health Care Assistant - Global Recruitment Work Force
Dermatology Clinician - Communitas Clinics
Specialist Bariatric Dietitian - NHS Jobs
And before we move on to the Mixed Bag, you are going to need a good CV that helps the recruiter understand you are the best fit for this role.
If you’ve been applying to jobs in the past without much luck, maybe your CV isn’t as good as you think it is.
Which is why I’ve hired a professional recruiter to help review your CVs and fix the issues with your CV that are preventing you from getting that interview call.

If you’d like to book a session head over here. And with that, let’s get into the mixed bag.
